Overview:
Zoom’s AI companion provides automatic meeting summaries, meeting questions and catch-up support, and smart recording features.
Note: As with all technologies provided by Zoom, recommendations and procedures should be established for audio and video recordings and the use of AI in business meetings, based on the meeting's purpose and function; for instance, meetings of a confidential nature, such as candidate interviews, employee performance discussions, and other personnel-related conversations. Avoid entering confidential data, student records, employee information, passwords, or other protected content into AI tools. Always validate transcripts and AI-generated content for accuracy, compliance, and context before use.
Zoom’s AI Companion must be activated by the host at the beginning of the meeting. A prompt will appear asking the host to Start AI Companion.
