Overview:
The following directions will assist you in installing the RICOH printer drivers on your Mac computer.
Note: Each printer has two drivers that will need to be downloaded to your computer, black-and-white and color. (If you have a computer issued after 8/1/24, start on #5 of the instructions listed below.)
Install new printer:
- Open spotlight in the top toolbar and search for Self Service.
- Select Self Service.

- Select Drivers from the Browse menu.
- Select Install Ricoh Printer Drivers.

- Open Apple System Settings.
- Search for printer.
- Select Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax.

- Search for the name of your printer (example: ITAT02-BW, ITAT02-COLOR) Each printer has two names, -BW and -COLOR. Both will need to be installed.
- Select the name of your printer from the list.
- From the Use Menu, choose Select Software. (The software will be identified in the location field. For example, Kyle 266b- Ricoh IMC6010, identifies Ricoh IMC6010 as the software.)
- Select the printer software from the list and select OK.

- Select Add.
- Repeat these steps to install both printers, -BW and -COLOR.
- Once both printers have been installed, in the Printer menu select Default Printer and select the black-and-white (-BW) printer as the default.
