Duo: Setting up additional authentication methods if using Face ID/Touch ID


Overview:

Duo now offers the option for Face ID/Touch ID to log in. If using Face ID or Touch ID, users must also set up an additional device for authentication.

When setting up Duo two-factor authentication and Face ID/Touch ID is selected as the first device, complete the following steps to ensure access on all devices:

  1. Navigate to OneCampus and enter the word “Duo” in the search field.

  1. Enter your Radford username and password.

  1. If desired, select Face ID/Touch ID and follow any prompts on the screen to set up this method of authentication.

    NOTE: The Duo Mobile App must be added as an additional device after setting up Face ID/Touch ID to be able to access your Radford University systems on any device other than your phone/mobile device.

  1. After adding Face ID/Touch ID, continue to the next screen to add a second device.

 

  1. Select Duo Mobile as the additional device for notification. Follow the steps prompted on the screen to add your mobile device.
