Zoom: Scheduling Recurring Meetings


Overview:

Setting up recurring meetings can allow you to easily edit dates and times for multiple Zoom meetings that are related at one time.

 

Scheduling Recurring Zoom Meetings:

  1. Go to radford.zoom.us and sign in with your Radford credentials.
  2. Once in Zoom, click on the Meetings tab on the left.
  3. Click on Schedule a meeting.

  1. Check Recurring meeting.
  2. Select Recurrence Weekly.
  3. Select the days that you want for the week.
  4. For End date, select By Calendar. Click on the date that you would like.
  5. Add any other options that you would like and click Save.

  1. To edit the dates, click on Meeting Details.
  1. In the Time section, click on Show all occurrences.
  2. Select Edit/Delete for any dates that need to be adjusted or deleted. (You can also add additional meetings at the bottom of the list.)
