Outlook: Adjust Signature File


Overview:

Microsoft recently released an update that will keep your configuration settings such as signature, spell check and grammar options in the cloud. To verify and/or change your signature(s), use the instructions below.

 

Outlook on the Web: 

  1. Go to https://onecampus.radford.edu/ 
  1. Log into OneCampus with your Radford User ID and password.
  1. Search for Email and click the Email tile.

  1. Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of Outlook.

NOTE: If you do not see the gear icon, click on the triple dot More icon instead.

 

  1. In the search bar, type Email Signature and click the top result.

  1. Verify and/or change signature(s) or click on New signature.
