D2L for Students


Overview:

A D2L course was created to give students a chance to learn more about the learning management system used at Radford University.  Students will be able to learn about the features of D2L with articles, videos, quizzes, and more provided in the course.  Below are steps of how to navigate to this course.

 

Instructors: Encourage new students to self-enroll in the D2L for Students course.
Students: Self-enroll in the D2L for Students course to learn how to navigate through Radford University's online learning system.


Steps to Self-Enroll in D2L for Students Course

  1. To begin, navigate to your D2L homepage (remember, you can navigate to D2L through OneCampus).  You may be prompted to log in.

  1. Click Discover on the navigation bar in the upper left-hand corner.

 

  1. Type in “D2L for Students” in the search bar and press Enter on your keyboard.

  1. Select the D2L for Students course.

  1. Click on the Enroll in Course button (Discover courses are for anyone at Radford University to self-enroll in and learn about all sorts of topics).

  1. After a few moments the Enroll in Course button will turn into an Open Course button.  Next to the button will also inform you that you are enrolled in the course.  Click on the Open Course button to launch the course.

  1. You will be taken to the welcome page for the course that gives an overview of what the course entails as well as directions of where to go next.
