Overview:
Information Technology Services recommends enrolling both primary and backup methods for two-factor authentication. A landline phone such as an office phone can be a useful backup method in case you leave your mobile phone at home. Note that standard text messaging and phone call rates apply when using the “Call Me” or “Enter a Passcode” options for two-factor authentication. The “Send Me a Push” option for smartphones is preferred as the primary method of authentication because of its convenience for the user and cost effectiveness for the university.
Note: If you are adding a landline phone, you must be able to answer the phone at the time of setup to add it to Duo.
1. Go to https://onecampus.radford.edu and sign in using your Radford username and password.
2. Search for Duo and select the Two-Factor Authentication tile.
3. Select Other Options.
4. Select Manage Devices.
5. Verify your identity with one of the current methods available.
