Duo Mobile: Activate for New Phone


OVERVIEW: Manage Device Options   Follow the steps below to reactivate Duo mobile app if you have a new phone with the same number or wish to change the name of a device.

1. Go to https://onecampus.radford.edu/. Sign in using your Radford username and password.

2. Select Other options.

3. Select Manage devices.

4. Verify your identity using a device that is currently setup with Duo:

5. Select I have a new phone.

6.  If your phone has the same number as your old phone, you will follow the prompts on the screen after selecting Get Started.

Note: If you have a new phone and a new number, you will need to add it as a new device.

7. Confirm ownership with either a passcode or phone call.

    8.  If using a passcode, enter in the number and select Verify.

  9. If not already downloaded, download the Duo app to your device and select Next.

   

10. Using the app, scan the QR code. 

Follow in additional prompts provided on the screen.
