Remove a Device for Duo Two-Factor Authentication


1. Go to https://onecampus.radford.edu/ and log in using your Radford User ID and password.

2. Search for Duo and select the Two-Factor Authentication tile.

3. Select other options. 

4. Select Manage Devices.

5. Verify your identity using a device that is currently setup with Duo.

 

6. Select Edit on the device you would like to remove and select Delete. 

7. Select Delete and the device will be removed.
