What is DUO two-factor authentication? DUO is a cloud-based security company providing two-factor authentication services. Two-factor authentication enhances security by adding a second layer of authentication to your login. The process ensures that even if a hacker obtains your login credentials, the information is useless without access to the your secondary device.

Setting up your Smart Phone for DUO Authentication

Note: On your mobile device, download the Duo app from the App Store or Google Play.

 

1. Navigate to OneCampus and enter the word “Duo” into the search field.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Select the Two-Factor Authentication tile.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Enter your Radford Username and Password.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Select Duo Mobile.

 

 

        5. Enter your phone number and select continue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

       6. Once the Duo App is downloaded, select next.

        7. Using the app, select Use QR Code to scan.

  

 Note: If additional prompts appear on the screen, follow the instructions on the prompts.
