Overview:
If you've forgotten your Radford University account username, follow the steps outlined below to see your computer generated username.

1. On the iT OneStop home screen, click the My User Account tile.  This will bring you to the Password and Account Management Portal page.

 

2. Click Forgot your User ID?

3. Fill in the required fields: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Radford RUID#

4. Click Submit.

5. You will see options of where you can have your User ID sent to based on the contact information on file.

6. Click RETRIEVE USER ID and your username will be sent to where you selected.
