Overview:

This article describes how to setup a Radford email account on an iOS device for Students and Alumni at Radford University.  Note:  Make sure you are connected to a wireless network or have cellular service as a connection to your email account cannot be made without one.

Instructions 

1. Select the Settings icon on the Home screen.

2. Select Mail from the Settings screen.

3. Select Account. 

4. Select Add Account.

5. On the Add Account screen select Microsoft Exchange.

6. Enter your RU email address and "RU Email" as the Description. Then, select Next.

7. Select Sign In.

8. Use your Radford credentials to sign in to Radford single sign-on.

9. Select what information you would like to synchronize and select Save to complete the setup.
